This is the perfect solution for traditional groups traveling together for a common reason or event (destination weddings, incentive trips, retreats, etc).  They desire flexible payment and cancellation policies for the entire group, plus looking to earn other benefits their signed contract is eligible for.
A traditional group typically looks like:

• 20+ people
• 10+ rooms
• Traveling together, but with various date combinations
• Locked in rates for all travelers with pre-reserved block inventory
• Flexibility in when guests can book
• Special bonus incentive including complimentary rooms & airfare when eligible 

2. Flexible Groups
This is an ideal solution for small groups of with as few as 6 - 9 rooms (minimum of 10 people) at some hotels who want to vacation together at the same resort, but need the ultimate flexibility with travel dates, length of stay, flights, and travel origin.  Great for birthdays, bachelor/ette parties, multi-generational families, friends getaway, small destination weddings, etc.

• No group contract required
• Guests can book 24/7 using the group promo code and the hotel will see them coming as on group
• Space & rates subject to availability at time of booking
• Works best when everyone is ready to book immediately
• Earn concessions when eligible
