This is where we leverage our expertise and relationships with suppliers all over Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. These two words can mean two totally different experiences and our goal is to ensure you are getting the most bang for your buck, while also price matching 3, 5…. sometimes 10 suppliers to ensure you are getting the best price for that package. We also help our clients avoid costly mistakes that could cost them hundreds or thousands of dollars. Plus provide quick and easy access to all your travel documentation and itineraries through our mobile app and/or link that can be shared with your travel group and emergency contacts. - Our Expertise
We have spent the last few years becoming certified in destinations and the resorts within those destinations - while also personally touring the properties to get a better understanding of them and the staff. We know which resorts are buzzing with kids or spring breakers, which are adults-only … and which are “adult” (( if you get what we're swinging - pun intended)). We know what the beaches look like as well as who has the best cocktails and nightlife. - Commitment To You

While we never want the unexpected to happen, it can and you don't want to be left to handle it. Have you ever booked a trip and had to use their call-center? Pull your hair out stressful! During an emergency - it is near impossible to reach a representative. As a travel professional, we are an advocate for all our clients - to use our resources and connections to safeguard them against the unknown (as much as possible) and assist them through reconciliation.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A CONCIERGE FEE?
We are fortunate to receive multiple vacation requests each week, a concierge fee is necessary to provide our clients with the best experience possible.
Our prospective clients are the heart of our business. Imposing a fee limits the amount of "looky loos" who request vacations with no interest in booking, who are essentially taking precious planning time away from those who are in need of our services and expertise (that's YOU!).

- You are securing the services of a professional travel agent, not someone in a cubical who may not even have their own passport or has left their hometown. To best serve you, we travel extensively to learn the resorts, meet the staff, and get to know the destinations we are suggesting. Plus, we also invest in industry training so we can best serve you.
- By charging a fee, we are not biased to the properties we recommend based on bonuses or commissions they may offer. Meaning we will quote you from a full range of destinations based on your needs and desires, not the ones who fit our own financial interests.
- The services and support we provide are far superior than those you will find from a big box store or online platform.
- The concierge fee is non-refundable.
- A concierge fee will be required for each quote you request.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! Most of the suppliers we work with will require as little as $250/pp down as a deposit with final payment being due approximately 45 - 60 days before travel. There's no set schedule, you pay as you can.
