Held at Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta from November 5-7, 2023, the Gold Magellan award winning WOW—the Weddings on the Water Travel Advisor Specialist Program— supports and arms distinguished destination wedding travel advisors with any and all essential tools needed to sell all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels of Mexico and the Dominican Republic, UNICO 20º87º hotel Riviera Maya, and NOBU Los Cabos. In addition to the WOW specialist training program, a secondary certification, Ishq Rocks Specialist, was offered to travel advisors looking to be experts in booking South Asian destination weddings. 

Personally hand-picked to participate in the WOW Specialist program, John & Jennifer were among an exclusive group of agents who had to meet well defined requirements to be eligible for the program. Being a WOW Specialist allows agents to orchestrate the best possible experience for wedding couples and their guests. John &b Jennifer’s extensive training and firsthand experience allow them to understand the uniqueness of the products offered at each hotel. As part of their training, John & Jennifer were walked through each and every step of the wedding booking process, providing them with exclusive knowledge to better serve their clients.
