I'm celebrating my birthday at the brand new UNICO 20°105° & have hired John & Jennifer Milburn with United Travel, LLC to help you, my guests, arrange your accommodations and make this trip fun & effortless..  We have pre-reserved a group code at UNICO 20°105°  for the travel window of Mar 15 - 21, 2026.  Please note all guests must stay a minimum of 3 nights, but you can definitely stay longer if you'd like.  Get ready to join us for a week of fun & celebration!

Coordination is key, so we kindly ask discussing your travel dates with family & friends, them complete your reservation form and be ready to make a deposit!

• Non-Refundable Room deposit of $200 per person plus the cost of travel insurance (optional) is due no later than: August 4, 2025**
  ​**Any deposits made between Aug 4, 2025 - Jan 5, 2026 are subject to remaining availability & pricing
• Final room payments due: Jan 12, 2026​

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

The rates listed are PER PERSON and include:

• Hotel Accommodations
• All Inclusive Meal Plan - Also includes all beverages including alcohol
• Round trip private group shared transportation between the destination airport  (PVR) & your resort
• Hotel, Tax & gratuities
• All wedding events & activities 

Rates do NOT include:

• Optional Travel insurance is available to protect your investment.  See insurance FAQ below for more details
• Airfare and any related fees associated with flights (i.e. baggage fees)
• ​Incidentals or additional purchases​

WHAT ABOUT AIRFARE & VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL?

Airfare is NOT included, but don't worry, we've got a plan. Book your room ASAP to secure your spot in the room block. For airfare, you've got total freedom! Wait until they become available (about 330 days in advance with major carriers) and personalize your carrier, flight times, pricing, use points/miles, or credits - the choice is yours!

The closest airport is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Transportation is only included from this airport. UNICO 20°105° is approximately 20-30 minutes from of the airport.  Included transportation is "private group" non-stop transportation, which is a SUV that is designated for ONLY guests of the wedding directly to the resort. An upgrade to a "private party" (your immediate party only) non-stop SUV is available upon request, see booking form for details.

If booking airfare on your own, please submit your detailed flight information no later than Jan 12, 2026. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up in your destination. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.

If you would like assistance with air, we are happy to help! There is a $75/person ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes. Just make sure to note it on your reservation form and include your desired departure airport.  

VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL
Puerto Vallarta International airport does not offer a VIP arrival service.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes! Initial deposits are due on August 5, 2025
There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made by the deadline. Final payments are due on January 12, 2026.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport book to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). United Travel LLC is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date - must be valid until September 22, 2026. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR!

If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. United Travel, LLC will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details.

Your passport must also be in pristine condition -- that means to rips, tears, distress, etc plus needs 2+ blank pages.

IS COVID TESTING REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL?

​COVID & vaccine requirements have been lifted for both Dominican Republic & the United States.  You do NOT need a COVID test or to be vaccinated to travel to and from the Dominican Republic from the USA.

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED?

We've got some valuable advice for you - while travel insurance is always optional, we can't stress enough how HIGHLY RECOMMENDED it is for your peace of mind.

Here's the scoop - many vacation packages and all-inclusive resort stays are non-refundable, making trip protection a crucial component of your journey. Trust us, it's worth every penny.

Now, we've got some good news - the cost of insurance is tailored to you! Factors like age, state of residency, and the total trip cost are taken into account. You'll receive a personalized quote with the "Cancel for Any Reason" option right when you book - easy peasy!

And here's an important heads up - most likely, your US health insurance won't cover you outside the United States. No worries, though, we've got you covered! Check out the FAQ below for all the juicy details.

CAN WE EXTEND OUR STAY?

Of course you can!   Marcela will be staying Mar 15 - 21, 2026 & her birthday is March 17th.  Please include your requested dates in your reservation form and any dates outside of this timeframe we will confirm availability and rates as they may differ from rates quoted here!

WHAT IF I'M SHARING A ROOM WITH ANOTHER INVITED GUEST?

Coordination is key, so we kindly ask that you and your roommate team up and have just one person from your party fill out the reservation form. Remember, it's one form per room, not per person - easy peasy!

Once we receive your form, we'll send an email to both of you, explaining the next exciting steps in this journey.

Now, if you and your roommate reside at different addresses, fret not! Just include your roommate's contact info in the notes field, and we'll make sure everything is in perfect harmony.

Here's something to keep in mind: if your roommate needs to cancel their reservation, don't worry - we've got your back! The room will be subject to an increased single occupancy room rate for the remaining traveler, but we'll work our magic to ensure a smooth experience for you.

WHAT'S A ROOM BLOCK?

The friends you're celebrating with have already organized a group code just for you.

Here's the inside scoop on how it all works:

• Your friends are all in, and they've agreed to a group code with the resort.  They've even committed to securing a minimum number of rooms, just to make sure everything goes smoothly for the group.
• Now, here's the important part: for the group code to come to life, all rooms must be booked through United Travel LLC.  We're like the magic link that makes it all happen!
• The resort has a 3-night minimum stay requirement, but here's the fun part - you're welcome to extend your stay and soak up the sun even longer! How amazing is that?
• And guess what? We're sharing the crème de la crème of room types just for you. Luxurious options await, and we've got detailed descriptions coming your way in our Room & Pricing section below.  Just remember rates & availability are NOT locked in until you've made your deposit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T BOOK WITH UNITED TRAVEL LLC?

The friends you're celebrating with have gone above and beyond to secure a fantastic deal for the entire group! But here's the deal - to make the most of it, we kindly ask you to book your hotel room within our designated flex group here with United Travel LLC.

Here's why it's a win-win situation:

• Your friends worked closely with us to negotiate a fantastic flex group for the ENTIRE group. That means you get a special rate and even enjoy non-stop private deluxe group transportation. How cool is that?
• Booking within the group means you'll get VIP treatment! Groups are given priority status at the resort, giving you the best of the best during your stay.
• Room assignments? No worries - we've got your back! Booking within the group ensures you get priority room assignments, with better chances of avoiding any undesirable locations far away from your loved ones.

Now, for guests who book outside the group room block, here's the scoop:

• Unfortunately, you won't get those amazing group rates and perks.
• Pre-departure and post-trip support? We've got it covered for the group, but not for individual bookings outside the block.
• In the event of an emergency, we won't be able to assist with travel arrangements made outside the group. Safety first, right?

Oh, and one more thing - if the hotel happens to oversell, you're protected if you booked within the group. No worries there, but individual reservations are a different story. You could end up getting walked to another location. Yikes!

We want the best for you, and that includes keeping everyone together at the resort for a memorable experience. If you do happen to find a cheaper "deal" outside of United Travel LLC, talk to us! We're here to help and are more than willing to price match when we can.

DOES YOUR NAME ON YOUR PASSPORT MATCH THE NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION?

The name you use on your reservation needs to match the name on your passport exactly - including middle names. Please do not use nicknames, shortened names, etc. Please double check your passport to ensure that your name matches, or change fees may apply. 

IS YOUR PASSPORT EXPIRED OR WILL IT BE EXPIRING WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF YOUR TRAVEL DATES?

A passport is required for international travel, including for children & babies. Many countries (including Mexico, Costa Rica, St Lucia and throughout Europe) require that passports be valid for six months AFTER RETURN DATE OF TRAVEL.

ARE YOU USING A DEBIT CARD?

Most debit cards have daily charge limits. Depending on your bank, this daily charge limit may be as low as $500.

Please confirm the daily charge limit with your bank prior to submitting a large debit card payment. If you attempt to charge over your daily limit, your card will be declined.

ARE YOU PREGNANT OR PLANNING TO BECOME PREGNANT?

Pregnancy Restrictions: Some trips have restrictions for pregnant travelers. For example, cruise lines will not board a passenger after her 24th week of pregnancy. Ask us for more details

Travel Insurance and Pregnancy: Please read the coverage info carefully. In many policies, pregnancy is considered a pre-existing condition and is not a covered cancellation reason. In this case, you may want to consider "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage, an optional upgrade.

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY?

You may not be able to get a passport or clear immigration if you have been convicted of a felony. Please contact your attorney to review the specifics of your case.

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A DUI/DWI?

If you are traveling to Canada and have been convicted of a DUI or DWI you will likely not be admitted to the country.

A DUI/DWI is a felony in Canada and entrance to non-residents is tightly controlled. Please contact your attorney to learn more.

DO YOU OWE BACK CHILD SUPPORT?

You may be detained at customs if you owe child support. Please contact your attorney to discuss prior to payment.

HAVE YOU PURCHASED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
