Important Dates
Deadlines Coordination is key, so we kindly ask discussing your travel dates with family & friends, then complete your reservation form and be ready to make a deposit!

All reservations are subject to United Travel, LLC Terms & Conditions Airfare is NOT included, but don't worry, we've got a plan. Book your room ASAP to secure your spot in the room block. For airfare, you've got total freedom! Wait until they become available (about 330 days in advance with major carriers) and personalize your carrier, flight times, pricing, use points/miles, or credits - the choice is yours! View our tips & Tricks to booking airfare HERE. The biggest airport is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), but there is also a smaller, closer airport La Romana International Airport (LRM). Transportation is included from either of these airports. The hotel is approximately 60 minutes from of the PUJ airport and 15 mins from LRM airport. Included transportation is "private group" non-stop transportation, which is a shuttle that is designated for ONLY guests of the wedding directly to the hotel. An upgrade to a "private party" (your immediate party only) non-stop deluxe vehicle is available upon request, see booking form for details. If booking airfare on your own, please submit your detailed flight information no later than Mar 15, 2027. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up in your destination. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers. A link to submit flight information will be included on your invoice. If you would like assistance with air, we are happy to help, shoot us an email! If you would like United Travel, LLC to book your flights, there is a $75/person ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes. Just make sure to note it on your reservation form and include your desired departure + arrival airport. VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL We've got a fantastic optional service to elevate your travel experience from PUJ airport (not available at LRM)! Picture this - you'll be met at your plane by a personal escort who will whisk you through immigrations like a VIP. Then, it's off to a private lounge, where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy a refreshing beverage while your immigrations and baggage collection are expertly taken care of. You will then be escorted to your group transportation avoiding the cluster of transportation companies vying for your attention ensuring you get to your correct vehicle. This service is a game-changer for all travelers, especially if it's your first time in Punta Cana. Trust us, it's a must-have for an unforgettable start to your journey. Initial non-refundable deposits are due on May 18, 2025 There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made by the deadline. Final payments are due on December 7, 2026. All reservations are subject to United Travel, LLC Terms & Conditions Yes, everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport book to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). United Travel LLC is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date - must be valid until November 18, 2027. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR! !!IMPORTANT!! If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. United Travel, LLC will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details. Your passport must also be in pristine condition -- that means to rips, tears, distress, etc plus needs 2+ blank pages. Now, we've got some good news - the cost of insurance is tailored to you! Factors like age, state of residency, and the total trip cost are taken into account. Now, if you and your roommate reside at different addresses, fret not! Just include your roommate's contact info in the notes field, and we'll make sure everything is in perfect harmony. Here's something to keep in mind: if your roommate needs to cancel their reservation, don't worry - we've got your back! The room will be subject to an increased single occupancy room rate for the remaining traveler, but we'll work our magic to ensure a smooth experience for you. If you do happen to find a cheaper "deal" outside of United Travel LLC, talk to us! We're here to help and are more than willing to price match when we can.
