DO WE CHARGE A CONCIERGE FEE?

It's no secret the internet has made it possible to book your trip anywhere in the world all on your own for no additional fees, or so it seems. Many of these online or big-box booking services have customer service agents (not travel agents) that sit in cubicles, have never actually been to these destinations, push the same old resorts without considering if it's even the right fit for you, and not to mention are responsible for serving a TON of customers - think 80+ couples at a time.
