WHAT'S INCLUDED? All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room. The rates listed are PER PERSON and include:

WHAT ABOUT AIRFARE & VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL? Airfare is NOT included, but don't worry, we've got a plan. Book your room ASAP to secure your spot in the room block. For airfare, you've got total freedom! Wait until they become available (about 330 days in advance with major carriers) and personalize your carrier, flight times, pricing, use points/miles, or credits - the choice is yours! View our tips & Tricks to booking airfare HERE. The closest airport is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Transportation is only included from this airport. Secrets Cap Cana is approximately 20 minutes from of the airport. Included transportation is "private group" non-stop transportation, which is a shuttle that is designated for ONLY guests of the wedding directly to the resort. An upgrade to a "private party" (your immediate party only) non-stop deluxe vehicle is available upon request, see booking form for details. If booking airfare on your own, please submit your detailed flight information no later than June 10, 2024. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up in your destination. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers. If you would like assistance with air, we are happy to help! There is a $75/person ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes. Just make sure to not of it on your reservation form and include your desired departure airport. VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL We've got a fantastic optional service to elevate your travel experience from PUJ airport! Picture this - you'll be met at your plane by a personal escort who will whisk you through immigrations like a VIP. Then, it's off to a private lounge, where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy a refreshing beverage while your immigrations and baggage collection are expertly taken care of. You will then be escorted to your group transportation avoiding the cluster of transportation companies vying for your attention ensuring you get to your correct vehicle. This service is a game-changer for all travelers, especially if it's your first time in Punta Cana. Trust us, it's a must-have for an unforgettable start to your journey. Check out the booking form for all the juicy details! IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN? Yes! Initial deposits are due on October 2, 2023 There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made by the deadline. Final payments are due on April 1, 2024. DO I NEED A PASSPORT? Yes, everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport book to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). United Travel LLC is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date - must be valid until March 14, 2025. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR! !!IMPORTANT!! If you have any issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. WHAT IF I'M SHARING A ROOM WITH ANOTHER INVITED GUEST? Coordination is key, so we kindly ask that you and your roommate team up and have just one person from your party fill out the reservation form. Remember, it's one form per room, not per person - easy peasy! Once we receive your form, we'll send an email to both of you, explaining the next exciting steps in this journey. Now, if you and your roommate reside at different addresses, fret not! Just include your roommate's contact info in the notes field, and we'll make sure everything is in perfect harmony. Here's something to keep in mind: if your roommate needs to cancel their reservation, don't worry - we've got your back! DOES YOUR NAME ON YOUR PASSPORT MATCH THE NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION? The name you use on your reservation needs to match the name on your passport exactly - including middle names. Please do not use nicknames, shortened names, etc. Please double check your passport to ensure that your name matches, or change fees may apply. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR COVID-19 TESTING? Entering Your Destination: There are no current testing or vaccination requirements in Mexico or the Caribbean. Returning to the USA: Effective June 2022, the US no long requires a COVID test to return to the US. However, the CDC has indicated that this decision will be re-evaluated every 90 days with new variants or cases. For the latest information, visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/testing-international-air-travelers.html IS YOUR PASSPORT EXPIRED OR WILL IT BE EXPIRING WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF YOUR TRAVEL DATES? A passport is required for international travel, including for children & babies. Many countries (including Mexico, Costa Rica, St Lucia and throughout Europe) require that passports be valid for six months AFTER RETURN DATE OF TRAVEL. Passport processing times are extremely delayed due to increased travel demand. Most debit cards have daily charge limits. Depending on your bank, this daily charge limit may be as low as $500. You may not be able to get a passport or clear immigration if you have been convicted of a felony. Please contact your attorney to review the specifics of your case. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A DUI/DWI? If you are traveling to Canada and have been convicted of a DUI or DWI you will likely not be admitted to the country. A DUI/DWI is a felony in Canada and entrance to non-residents is tightly controlled. Please contact your attorney to learn more. DO YOU OWE BACK CHILD SUPPORT? You may be detained at customs if you owe child support. Please contact your attorney to discuss prior to payment. HAVE YOU PURCHASED TRAVEL INSURANCE? "I don't need travel insurance. I'm going on this trip no matter what!" Famous last words. But guess what? That's not why you purchase travel insurance. Like auto, health, and home insurance, travel insurance is for in case "shittake" happens.... You have to cancel a trip last minute.
