Deposit & Final Payment
A $59/person deposit (based on 2 people per room) is due once you select your room (Singles must pay $118 for their first deposit).  A credit card form will appear for you to complete. Please complete the credit card form at this time.

Final payment is due by Jan 28, 2019. Payment plans are available, as long as your balance is paid in full by January 28, 2019. New reservations confirmed after Nov 15, 2018 will require payment in full at time of booking. 

***Please do not submit the room reservation until you are ready to complete the credit card form as well. You can look at the different room options and prices without submitting your request.

Travel Insurance
You will also be given  Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance with your initial deposit.  It allows you to cancel for any reason at all up until the day of departure for a full refund. Travel insurance also covers you while you are traveling for trip interruption, delays, lost baggage and much more.

**Please be advised that without travel insurance, all of your payments are non-refundable, regardless of when and why you cancel.
